Laura Trachtman has made it her career to help students reach hidden strengths and stretch beyond their perceived limits. Laura is a registered yoga teacher at the 500-hour level, who’s completed advanced training with Jonny Kest and David Swenson. She passionately teaches Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Yin Yoga with a team of 16 teachers at two studio locations. With a love for good yoga and good food (not necessarily in that order), it’s easy to connect with her on a personal level.
